Hi friends!

Welcome to summer. I want to take a moment and say thank you to all of you for your patience and support over recent months which have been very challenging for me. Some of you have been with me for years and have offered endless support and friendship for which I am truly grateful.

Over the next few months, I will be making significant changes to the way I live my life and take care of my business and creative projects. While I will continue to create entertaining and informative content and experiences, I am going to be placing a lot more focus on the nutrition/lifestyle coaching services that I offer. I have come to realize that the best thing I can do to help people during these transformative times is to teach them the tools that will enable them to get the most out of this experience and be less dependent on “the system.” Taking care of your body is essential to personal freedom and that is what I came here for. As I make this transition I will be offering some extended services to those of you in the community who are interested. At the end of the summer I will be completely separating my consulting/coaching from my media content, so if you have been putting getting healthy off and want to take advantage of these special offerings, NOW is the time (this info is detailed below at the bottom of the PATREON section of the menu).

Below you will find a menu of current media as well as combined package offerings. These prices and levels are available now but the changes to detailed content offerings will go into effect July 1. There will be further changes and options coming September 1st when the membership section of my personal website will be ready.

One last thing…I can no longer respond to lengthy emails that are not business related. If you have a short question, please send it to me here on LOCALS using the message option. If you have business related questions, you can send me a SHORT email ([email protected]) with the question in the subject line. If you want an in-depth conversation with me, book a session by going to the CONSULTATIONS section on my website and book a time or send a SHORT email with the type of session you are requesting in the subject line and I will be sure to respond with a confirmation & payment instructions.

If you want to talk with me about the topics I cover on shows or ask me questions, I do my best to make myself available. There is a monthly group chat @ the $10 level here on LOCALS and there are now weekly high vibe discussion groups (Friday) for members @ the $25 level or above on Patreon. I will be there every Friday chatting or doing Q & A (not recorded) for/with whoever shows up. Everything but my nutrition & coaching services is on the table for those sessions so come talk to me there. If you aren’t budgeted for that, send me a message here on LOCALS and I am happy to give you a free one time link to join us and you can ask your questions.
