Hey guys!
This Saturday's party will be a reunion of all of us "time variants".....lol. The hilarious Darren Williams will be joining the usual panel. Direct participation is highly encouraged. There will be fruity margaritas variants (recipe below) and appropriate music to round the evening out.

Variant Margarita
-1 1/2oz tequila ( I prefer silver)
-1oz fresh lime juice
-
3/4oz triple sec or other orange liquer ( I prefer Cointreau)
-
1/4-1/2oz simple syrup (depending on desire sweetness)
-
fresh fruit and or herbs/spices of choice
Instructions:
Muddle fresh fruit, herbs or spices of your choice with the simple syrup in a pint glass. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously in mixer with plenty of ice. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass or a chilled coup (optional salt or sugar rim). Garnish with anything you choose. :)
